Aspire New Life, LLC is seeking telemental health therapists to join our growing team of therapists and registered yoga instructors. The candidate is required to hold an active license in the state of Virginia to practice psychotherapy as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or be eligible for licensure in one of these fields. The candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to respond to emails promptly. The candidate is required to maintain a consistent and appropriate attention to detail in clinical situations and documentation. The candidate is required to maintain the Virginia State required CEUs and malpractice insurance. The candidate is required to be a team player and possess a demonstrated commitment to multicultural competence and sensitivity.

Responsibilities.

• Provide individual, couples, and family counseling.
• Establish rapport with clients by showing active listening and empathic communication.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical records, complete intake forms, and conduct assessments.
• Create, implement, and monitor SMART individual treatment plans in collaboration with the client.
• Attend and contribute to team meetings as needed.
• Work in collaboration with other providers to ensure the continuity of client care.
• Maintain professional behavior and boundaries in all interactions with clients and the care team.
