TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Dispatcher with a minimum of 2 years of logistics experience for a position in the intermodal transportation industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with intermodal shipping, drayage, order entry, shipment tracking, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch transportation services for intermodal shipments.
• Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
• Answer inbound customer calls and assist with questions or concerns.
• Investigate shipment issues and work with customers, drivers, and internal teams to facilitate solutions.
• Coordinate drayage transportation of shipping containers from ports, rail yards, and terminals to their final destinations.
• Maintain accurate shipment and customer records.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and transportation partners.
• Monitor shipments to help ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of logistics or transportation experience.
• Intermodal shipping/logistics experience required.
• Drayage experience required.
• Experience with order entry and order processing.
• Experience tracking shipments and coordinating transportation.
