Stocker Cold Storage

Join a reliable, steady team where you help keep products organized, clean, and ready for shipment. This is a physical, hands-on role in a cold storage environment, perfect for anyone who likes active work and staying busy throughout the shift.

What You'll Do

• Stock products in the cooler and keep items in the correct locations
• Check dates, labels, and product quality; report any issues to your supervisor
• Build stacks of 56 cases and organize rows for easy picking
• Rotate inventory so older product stays in front
• Keep area clean by hosing down spills and removing leaking cartons
• Support production by notifying console operators of any product mixing
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• General labor experience or comfort with physical work
• Warehouse stocking or order fulfillment helpful but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and work in a cold environment
• Strong attention to detail when checking dates, labels, and product quality
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to communicate issues quickly

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newport News, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
