DutiesYou will conduct internal program, process and Weight Handling Equipment (WHE) audits to identify quality problems and opportunities for improvements.You will develop/revise audit plans, assemble and train audit team members, direct audit evolutions, prepare reports and conduct follow-ups to assure that corrective/preventive actions have been implemented.You will conduct investigations of reported equipment/system failures to identify responsible parties, root causes and corrective actions needed to prevent recurrence.You will conduct studies of work processes by collecting, sorting, grouping and analyzing process data for quality trends.You will review training materials and conducts quality assurance training classes for employees of the Crane/Rigging Shop.You will develop/revise work documentation forms and process control procedures to improve product reliability.You will recommend quality improvements to shop management based on lessons learned from audits, investigations analysis, and special studies results.
