Departmental Objective
The CNU Grounds Department strives to provide exceptional service and a safe environment to the CNU community and visitors, while being an enviromental steward in maintaining a beautiful and inspiring university.
Purpose of the Position
This position supports the Grounds Department functions and staff by providing general administrative support for the department. It serves as the initial department contact and resource of information regarding all inquiries, helping to resolve any problems as needed. This position effectively uses databases, documents, and spreadsheets to support the department operation and directors/supervisors. It helps monitor budget tracking and accounting as well as procurement activities for the department. It provides administrative assistance as an office manager by supporting the Assistant Director and Director in the department.

- Experience maintaining files, databases, or inventories in an office setting

CNU InformationConditions of Employment - This is an HOURLY position and does NOT entitle the incumbent to Commonwealth of Virginia benefits and is limited to 1500 hours in a 365-day period.
