The skills and experience gained from this position will set you worlds apart from the applicants in the sales industry.Estimate Writer Duties and ResponsibilitiesTerritory will include: Hampton, Newport News, York County, Poquoson, James City County, Williamsburg (no residential)Goal of at least 20 estimates a dayLearn the ins and outs of cold call selling - estimate writingSet and achieve goals - weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearlyLearn and apply sales techniquesRequirementsStrong self-motivationExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsMust have a working mobile smartphoneValid driver's license, valid car insurance and reliable transportationFish OffersWeekly payPaid for the number of leads written PLUS commission on closed opportunitiesOpportunity to develop into a full-time sales positionFlexible scheduleThis is a great part-time role for primary caretakers, college students and gig workersAttend meetings, events, and other networking opportunitiesCompensation: $3 per valid estimate submitted (average weekly pay is $300 for 2-3 hours of estimating a day)Thank you for your interest in Fish Window Cleaning ®.
