Warehouse Specialist / Delivery Associate$22-$25/Hour | Full-Time | Monday-Friday Norfolk, VAWe're looking for a dependable and organized Warehouse Specialist / Delivery Associate to support telecommunications projects throughout the Hampton Roads area. This role combines warehouse operations, inventory management, and local deliveries to ensure technicians have the materials they need to complete fiber optic and network installation projects.If you enjoy staying active, working independently, and being part of a team that supports critical communications infrastructure, we'd like to hear from you.What You'll DoReceive, inspect, and organize incoming telecommunications materials and equipment.Maintain accurate inventory records using company systems.Pick, stage, and prepare materials for technician work orders and project needs.Load and unload company vehicles safely and efficiently.Deliver materials, tools, and equipment to job sites throughout Hampton Roads.Pick up supplies from vendors and transport company vehicles for maintenance when needed.Perform shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.Assist with inventory counts, stocking, and material tracking.Provide occasional light support to field crews by carrying materials, spotting, or handling ladders.Required QualificationsValid driver's license with a clean driving record.Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, delivery, or logistics environments.Basic computer and data‑entry skills.Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials and equipment throughout the day.Strong reliability, attendance, and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Preferred QualificationsInventory management or warehouse tracking experience.Telecommunications, construction, or contractor support experience.Experience supporting field technicians or installation crews.Familiarity with fiber optic, network cabling, or low‑voltage materials.Experience operating pickup trucks, cargo vans, or similar work vehicles.ScheduleMonday-FridayTypical hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PMOccasional 7:00 AM start times as neededLocal travel throughout Hampton RoadsBenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
