Fear 2 Freedom is seeking a passionate, creative, and highly organized Education Coordinator to lead the research, development, and expansion of our educational curriculum and training catalog. This position will play a key role in advancing F2F's mission by creating impactful, trauma‑informed educational content focused on prevention, awareness, survivor support, healthy relationships, bystander intervention, and community empowerment.The Education Coordinator will oversee curriculum development initiatives, conduct research on best practices and emerging trends, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to expand educational offerings for schools, universities, community organizations, and corporate partners.Key Responsibilities The Education Coordinator's Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Research and develop new educational curriculum, workshops, and training materials aligned with Fear 2 Freedom's missionExpand and enhance F2F's current education catalog with innovative, evidence‑based, and trauma‑informed contentReview current educational programs and recommend updates, improvements, and new delivery methodsConduct research on sexual violence prevention, survivor advocacy, Title IX, healthy relationships, child abuse prevention, domestic violence, and related topicsCollaborate with staff, community partners, educators, and subject matter experts to develop relevant programmingAssist in creating facilitator guides, participant materials, presentations, and digital learning resourcesSupport implementation and evaluation of educational initiatives and training programsMaintain organized curriculum files, educational resources, and program documentationTrack educational outcomes and gather feedback for continuous improvementStay informed on trends, legislation, and best practices related to violence prevention and survivor supportDesign and incorporate interactive components into educational presentations and trainings, including audience engagement tools, live polling, and survey capabilities to support real‑time data collection, participant feedback, and program evaluationDevelop and maintain the framework for the Where Is The Line (WITL) Chapter Program, including chapter standards, expectations, processes, growth strategies, ongoing program improvements, and fostering collaboration and communication among chapters when appropriateParticipate in planning for strategic growth and expansionAssist F2F team and CEO with other mission‑related tasks as neededRequirements & Preferred Skills 0‑3 years of experience (internships may be considered experience). Bachelor's Degree preferredExperience facilitating educational workshops or trainings requiredStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyProficiency data analysis tools preferredUnderstanding of non‑profit fundraising principles and best practicesPassion for F2F's mission and commitment to trauma‑informed careDemonstrated research and writing proficiency requiredFamiliarity with Title IX, survivor advocacy, or community education initiativesPassion for social impact, advocacy, and community empowermentTeam player, solution minded with confidence to work independentlyProficiency in Google Drive & Microsoft Office required#J-18808-Ljbffr
