We're looking for our next great Evening Back of House Team Member! Must be able to work between the hours of 2pm - 11pm.

As a Back of House Team Member, you'll have the opportunity to grow in the culinary field and expand your skill set in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Your role will not only focus on preparing high-quality food but also on gaining valuable experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation: Assist in preparing ingredients and cooking menu items according to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Cleaning & Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including dishwashing and sanitizing surfaces.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
• Guest Engagement: Honor the values of Chick-fil-A by creating emotional connections with guests, even from the back of house.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Must have weekend availability.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Strong accountability and reliability.
