Food & Beverage Quick Service Restaurant Team Members are focused on creating a professional and enjoyable dining experience by ensuring the highest standard of guest service. They are responsible for working in a fast-paced environment taking orders, cash handling, food preparation, stocking condiments, and keeping the work location clean.

Responsibilities include:

• Working as part of a fast-paced team to meet target goals during your shift.
• Following all food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe dining experience for customers and a healthy work environment for the team.
• Food preparation & assembly of food products including but not limited to chicken and vegetables.
• Maintaining food safety standards.
• Understanding and explaining menu offerings to guests and answering questions about the food products.
• Keeping the kitchen area clean, sanitized, and well-organized to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
• Maintaining high food quality standards and promptly reporting any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor or manager.
• Providing guest service when problems arise and assisting in finding solutions with guests and team members.
• Team members may be required to handle cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Basic English language skills.

Basic qualifications include:

• Part-time requires full availability for any shift, a minimum of (3) three days per week, including nights and holidays.
• Full-time roles require full availability for any shift, seven (7) days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Written and verbal communications skills.
• Physical role, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and kneeling.
• Demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills.

Job type: Full-time. Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour plus tips. Restaurant type: Fast casual restaurant, quick service & fast food restaurant. Shift: 8 hour shift, day shift, evening shift, night shift. Weekly day range: Weekend availability. Ability to commute/relocate: Williamsburg, VA. License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred). Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred), Night Shift (Preferred). Work location: One location.
