Overview: This position is responsible for assisting Guest Room Attendants with VIP rooms, owner arrivals, moving furniture, cleaning patios, bringing supplies and materials to guest rooms. Reports to the Housekeeping Manager.
Responsibilities:
Sweeping walkways, emptying trash bins and cleaning fireplaces
Moving furniture
Ensuring neatness and organization of linen huts
Sweeping and dusting outside condos and other special projects as assigned
Cleaning guest rooms and patios when needed
Delivering requests to guests in a timely manner
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license
High school diploma or GED
6 + months in hotel experience or customer service
Basic reading and writing skills
Eye for detail
Ability to lift, push, pull and carry a minimum of 50 pounds
Ability to climb up and down stairs, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and reach for an eight hour shift in a variety of outdoor environmental conditions including hot/cold and exposure to sunlight
Ability to bend at waist and perform foot/hand actions with good hand/eye/foot coordination
Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
