Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Assemble polymer insulator components according to detailed work instructions, drawings, and quality standards.; Operate hydraulic and pneumatic crimping equipment to attach metal end fittings to polymer rods.; Set, verify, and follow precise pressure and force specifications for each crimping operation.; Inspect crimped assemblies for proper depth, alignment, bonding, and structural integrity.; Follow safety procedures, including PPE, equipment handling, and lockout/tagout.
