Waste Connections - - Responsibilities: Resolve customer disputes and become proficient in proprietary operational systems; Interview customers and record interview information into computer for customer service; handle orders for installation, turn on, discontinuance, or change in service; Fill out contract forms; determine charges for service requested; collect deposits; prepare change of address records and issue discontinuance orders; Demonstrate proficiency with MS Word and Excel; deliver services to customers in a manner that promotes goodwill; Interact with customers and Waste Connections employees to determine service requirements and resolve problems or complaints
