Monitoring and performing health checks of critical network infrastructure and systems. Performing daily operations support, infrastructure maintenance, system patching, and ticket resolution. Conducting incident response, troubleshooting, communication, and reporting activities. Collaborating with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to review, prioritize, and plan engineering support activities. Providing ancillary support to security teams conducting system security assessments to validate compliance. Working with program leadership to implement process improvements and system optimizations To be successful in this role, you will have: An active DoD Secret Clearance with ability to obtain TS/ SCI and SAP/ SAR. Bachelors Degree in STEM (Computer Science, Modeling & Simulation, Physics, Math, Systems Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering) and 5 years relevent experience.
