US Department of Defense - - Responsibilities: Utilize Joint Federal Travel Regulations (JTFR) volumes 1 and 2 to carry out daily tasks; Maintain updated listings of all cardholders, names, shops, etc. and identify abuse and misuse of Government Travel Credit Cards; Resolve difficult issues and problems involving GTCC program and processes to minimize fraud, waste, and abuse; Provide information and assistance to employees regarding passports, visas, and official travel orders; Assist with travel regulations processing and official travel paperwork as needed
