The City of Norfolk's Department of Recreation Therapeutic Recreation Programs utilize recreation to help individuals with temporary impairments, other health conditions, and disabilities to increase independence, strengthen leisure skills, and enhance personal well-beingphysically, cognitively, emotionally, and sociallyin a rehabilitative environment. We are looking for a full-time Messenger/ Driver to drive and operate wheelchair accessible vans and to plan and prepare driving routes for all classes at the Therapeutic Recreation Center.
