Select Medical - - Responsibilities: Screen visitors to the appropriate location and ensure security of the building; Ensure visitors sign in and wear a visitors pass; Provide daily coverage for the admissions coordinator during breaks; Connects/transfers calls to the appropriate party and perform overhead paging; Notify admissions coordinator when a facility tour is requested; Obtain wheelchairs for patients; Report any unusual behavior in lobby/parking area to facilities; Notify nursing when gifts for patients arrive for timely delivery; Postmark outgoing mail and distribute incoming mail; Log all incoming job applications
