Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, following post instructions, and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations within an aero and defense location to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify access credentials, and report access concerns, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.; Support security-related operations by maintaining a visible presence, providing clear directions, and completing required logs, reports, and/or other site documentation accurately and on time.
