CompensationEach Therapist will be paid $40 per 45‑minute sessionTherapist will be compensated 1/2 the price of a full session for a no‑show/cancellationFAST interview processThe client will accept a wide range of availability. As little as 5+ hours per week are accepted but 15‑20+ hours per week preferredJob DescriptionComplete psychosocial assessments and formulate diagnoses related to patients' substance use‑specific obstaclesProvide high‑quality clinical care utilizing evidence‑based treatment modalities (CBT, DBT, CM, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed Treatment)Formulate individualized treatment plans for/with each patient and track progress – Input notes and all other relevant information into EMRCommunicate and partner with other members of the patients' care team to properly coordinate careMust possess a Masters Degree in social work from an accredited college or universityUnrestricted licensure for independent clinical practice3 years of post‑graduate experience and 1 year working with patients looking to change their relationship with alcohol (or another substance)Training, certification, and/or experience using CBT, DBT, CM, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed treatment is a mustUnderstand and support the harm‑reduction model for treating SUDStrong clinical skills and the ability to show empathyReliable internet connection and computer with video capabilities#J-18808-Ljbffr
