Job Description

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive quality management systems across the facility
• Establish and enforce procedures and work instructions to ensure full compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
• Drive standardization of quality metrics and best practices throughout the organization
• Serve as a key leader in corrective and preventive action initiatives to resolve quality issues proactively
• Manage and oversee internal and external audit programs to maintain certification and continuous compliance
• Direct contract review processes and advanced product quality planning to effectively translate requirements to the operational level
• Act as the voice of the customer, championing quality and continuous improvement across all departments
• Lead strategic initiatives focused on reducing the cost of poor quality and enhancing overall operational performance

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BS) required
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• 7+ years of demonstrated leadership experience managing a quality department or team
• 5+ years of auditing experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 quality management standards
