We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Warehouse Fulfillment Coordinator to support order fulfillment operations. This role works directly with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely assembly, and on-time shipment through USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates professionally, and is comfortable coordinating between warehouse, production, and distribution activities. Key Responsibilities. Work directly with customers to receive and fulfill orders. Manage email communications related to orders, fulfillment status, and coordination needs. Coordinate materials and distribution to support order fulfillment. Handle fulfillment activities including preparing orders for shipment. Collaborate with production managers to ensure timely assembly and delivery. Coordinate outbound shipments using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Track fulfillment progress and help ensure deadlines are met.
