Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, monitoring communication channels, and/or coordinating emergency response activities as appropriate for the location; Respond to incidents, service calls, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to support timely communication between onsite personnel, supervisors, and/or first responders; Monitor alarms, cameras, radios, telephones, and other dispatch systems to document activity, relay information, and help to deter security-related concerns across the location; Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and dispatch records, communicating updates clearly and professionally with employees, visitors, vendors, and/or Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed by site procedures, with working environments and conditions varying by location
