Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, following post instructions, and responding to emergency and/or unusual situations as appropriate.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including production areas, warehouse spaces, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and perimeter access points.; Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, and vendors, helping to deter unauthorized access and supporting established access control procedures.; Observe working conditions and site activity for hazards, maintenance issues, and/or policy concerns, and communicate findings through required reports and shift pass-downs.
