Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, dispatch protocols, and appropriate emergency response activities.; Monitor communication channels, receive and document calls for service, and coordinate the timely dispatch of personnel to reported incidents, access issues, and other security-related concerns.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, relaying accurate updates to site contacts, supervisors, and/or emergency services as needed.; Maintain detailed activity logs, incident reports, and dispatch records, and communicate operational information related to delivery traffic, facility access, and other location-specific activity common to an industrial environment.; Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned, noting unusual conditions and reporting maintenance, hazard, and/or security-related issues according to site policy.
