Logistics Dispatcher Medical & Non-Medical Delivery

GO2 Delivery | Full-Time | On-Site | Virginia Beach, VA Shift: 6am-6pm | 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule Pay: $21.00/hr starting | Performance/tenure-based progression to $24.00/hr

About the Role

At GO2 Delivery, dispatchers don't just move packagesthey move medical supplies that save lives and keep essential operations running. As a Dispatcher, you are the operational core: the person who sees the whole board, makes fast decisions, and keeps our drivers and customers on the same page.

We're growing quickly and need experienced dispatch professionals who are calm under pressure, sharp on systems, and ready to own the role.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate high-volume medical and non-medical deliveries across active service areas
• Dispatch, track, and monitor drivers in real time using dispatch software and GPS tools
• Proactively resolve route disruptions, delays, and scheduling conflicts
• Maintain accurate records and clear communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams
• Make judgment calls that keep operations movingespecially when things don't go according to plan

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of dispatch, transportation, or logistics experiencethis is a requirement, not a preference. Food service dispatch is acceptable.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive operations
• Proficiency with dispatch software, GPS platforms, and digital communication tools
• Strong situational awareness and rapid problem-solving instincts
• Consistent, reliable work historywe value people who show up and follow through
• Clear, professional communication with both drivers and external stakeholders
