In this role, you'll be instrumental in selecting and assembling products for customers' online orders, with a strong emphasis on freshness and quality. Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently select and gather products for online orders while upholding our quality standards.
• Prepare and assemble orders for customers, ensuring accuracy and following specific instructions.
• Communicate any necessary substitutions or exceptions professionally during pick-up.
• Deliver and load customer orders into their vehicles upon arrival at the store.
• Process transactions using the point of sale (POS) system, applying coupons as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized staging area, following all safety and food handling guidelines.
• Engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience and encourage repeat visits.
• Regularly inspect equipment and report any issues to store management.
• Assist in training new team members, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work autonomously and efficiently without supervision.
• Strong reading skills for interpreting shelf tags and customer requests.
• Basic math skills, including counting, addition, and subtraction.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience as a personal shopper or in a production-oriented or warehouse setting.
• Experience in stocking shelves or cashier work is advantageous.
