About the RoleCardinal Staffing is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives for a reputable employer in Lansing. This is a technical customer support role in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. This position supports customers, installers, distributors, and end users by providing high-volume inbound phone support and troubleshooting assistance.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle a high volume of inbound customer calls professionally and efficientlyAssist customers with product questions, installation support, troubleshooting, and warranty-related inquiriesDocument all customer interactions accurately in the CRM systemProvide technical guidance and product information regarding suspension systems and related componentsCollaborate with technical support and sales teams to resolve customer concerns and provide excellent service
