Customer Support Representative (CSR) Position

As a Customer Support Representative (CSR), you will be the friendly face that brings joy to our customers by greeting and assisting them. Join a respected brand that prioritizes people, integrity, and a commitment to making every day a little brighter.

What You'll Do:

  • Welcome and engage with customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
  • Prepare delicious food items including breakfast selections, build-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas, while maintaining a clean and organized coffee station.
  • Handle cash register operations, manage payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with age verification for restricted products.
  • Keep our stores well-stocked, ensuring that shelves are fresh, full, and inviting.
  • Help maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Perform store housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Must be at least 16 years old with reliable transportation.
  • Enjoy working within a team setting.

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $15.00 to $18.75, which is based on the role, experience, and location. Employees will receive a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12 AM and 6 AM.
