Are you a college Junior or Senior eager to kickstart your career in Finance or Business? Look no further! Republic Finance is excited to offer our Branch Operations Internship program, where you'll gain invaluable hands-on experience!

As a BranchOperations Intern, you'll immerse yourself in the day-to-day operations of a branch while exploring potential career paths within our organization. You'll collaborate with our talented team members and leaders, gaining insights into our unique customer service approach and the various functions critical to our success. You will participate in compliance training, loan closing activities, and leadership development, as well as one or more continuous improvement projects in collaboration with other departments.

Internship Highlights:

• Accelerated training in the Assistant Branch Manager Program, covering essential loan processes and regulatory requirements.

• Support the daily operations, including loan origination, processing, and fundings, by aiding in documentation and file management.

• Learn directly from your Manager and Regional Vice President about their responsibilities and the promotional pathways available within the company.

• Engage in regional meetings and workshops, gaining a broader understanding of the Branch Operations division.

• Participate in process improvement projects, gaining exposure to continuous enhancement strategies.

• Explore corporate roles where a background in Branch Operations is advantageous, including positions in Audit, Compliance, Training, and Recruiting.

Requirements:

• Current Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

• A motivated, enthusiastic, and dependable individual with a strong work ethic.

• Availability to commit to a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Must pass background checks and drug screening, and meet the eligibility for insurance licensing.
