A leading commercial contractor well-known for excellence in delivering high-quality projects across various sectors such as retail, hospitality, healthcare, data centers, and mission-critical facilities. We pride ourselves on client satisfaction and are eager to expand our dedicated estimating team. We are prepared to cover relocation costs to the Memphis, TN area. This position needs to be filled quickly, ideally by the first quarter of 2026.

Position: Estimator

Job Overview: As an Estimator, you will take charge of the estimating process for our commercial construction projects. Your responsibilities will include preparing precise cost estimates, managing the bidding process, building relationships with subcontractors, and leading a talented team of estimators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Oversee bid processes from pre-construction stages to final submission.
• Develop strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential cost-saving initiatives.
• Foster a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial construction estimating.
• Proficiency in estimating software and the MS Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of construction plans, codes, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
