  • Deliver feedback and uphold rigorous food safety standards.
  • Maintain a fast-paced work environment with high service expectations.
  • Support catering operations while collaborating with the Beyond the Restaurant Director.
  • Resolve pressing issues and implement sustainable solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum Age: 18+
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in a Chick-fil-A Back of House environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including availability on Saturdays.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and achieving business excellence.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong skills in inventory management, labor scheduling, and staff coordination.
  • Effective communication and team-building skills.
  • Capability to quickly and effectively solve problems.
  • Relevant health and safety certifications (e.g., ServSafe).
  • Customer service-oriented with an understanding of how kitchen operations influence front-of-house performance.
