As our Custodian, you'll play a vital behind-the-scenes role in creating a safe, welcoming, and spotless environment for our guests and team members. Your work will help us shine from the floor to the ceiling-and everywhere in between.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all guest-facing and team areas, including dining room, restrooms, and kitchen
• Sweep, mop, scrub, vacuum, and sanitize as needed throughout the restaurant
• Clean and restock restrooms daily
• Empty trash and manage waste areas
• Handle light maintenance and deep cleaning tasks (e.g., dusting vents, cleaning baseboards, polishing stainless steel)
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
• Assist with any other cleaning needs or special projects assigned by leadership

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• Availability starting at 5 am
• Must have Friday/Saturday availability
• Superior organization and communication skills
• Able to lift 50lbs, stand, crouch and climb step stools throughout shift
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• Display a positive attitude, attention to detail, problem solving skills
• Ability to multitask
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
