What You'll DoMaintain high visibility near the front entrance and survey the outside parking areasEscort employees and/or customers as requestedIntervene with and effectively diffuse customer conflictsInspect perimeter doors, windows and gates to ensure high levels of securityMonitor store environment to deter undesirable activity on the property

RequirementsCurrent or former sworn law enforcement officer, U.S. military police, or federal law enforcement officerValid license to carry a firearmValid driver's licenseConflict management and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsSound judgement skills and ability to manage conflict and communicate effectively under pressureEffective communication skills and ability to maintain composure in stressful environmentsAbility to anticipate, analyze and identify opportunities
