Location: Suffolk, VA 23435
Pay: $29-$35hr
Schedule: 1st Shift, Mon-Thurs: 7am-530pm (4/10's) on call as needed

Duties & Responsibilities:
Communicates effectively with Site Supervisor to determine service needs. Coordinates and supervise client sub-contractors while performing service on site.
Electrical maintenance and repair skills. PM, troubleshoot and repair equipment as required
Building automation monitoring and adjustments
Respond to electrical issues, lighting repairs/bulb replacements, circuit failures and installations
Performs a wide variety of corrective maintenance work request
Assist other skilled employees to perform projects as requested
Assist the Team in maintaining, operating and troubleshooting the electrical systems, emergency generator, lighting systems and general maintenance issues such as plumbing and other general maintenance problems.

Qualifications:
HS Diploma
3-5 years of experience related to HVAC Facility Maintenance
Valid US driver's license
Must be able to obtain a Security Clearance - Active clearance preferred.
Apprentice Electrical license at minimum
NFPA 70E training certification (National Fire Protection Assn.)
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of organization.
Ability to perform various general type maintenance tasks. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence utilizing basic computer skills and ability to communicate via email and internet use.
