Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Program Director to lead our team on‑site in Virginia Beach, VA. This is a full‑time role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of behavioral health programs, ensuring high‑quality service delivery, and developing and implementing program strategies. The Program Director will manage staff, coordinate with stakeholders, monitor compliance with regulations, and provide leadership to enhance client outcomes.

• Leadership and management expertise with the ability to oversee program operations and staff effectively
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with various stakeholders and lead teams
• Knowledge of mental health care best practices, program development, and service delivery models

• Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology) preferred
• Experience in behavioral health management or program development is highly desirable
