Senior Pega Developer

Remote

6+ months Contract

Purpose:

  • Client's recent alliance requires work in 2024 to integrate with CaptialRx JUDI platform for claims adjudication. In order to focus on JUDI integration, the Clinical Review team requires additional staff to assist with existing roadmap work. The additional developers may also support some JUDI integration efforts.
  • Clinical Review Product Teams are working towards the following objectives:
  • All Clinical teams: PA Automation including "no touch" PAs and workflow enhancements, (legacy) Claim Integration, (new) JUDI/CapitalRx Integration, sunset of legacy Clinical application, Compliance and Client demands, Pega Infinity 24 upgrade, NCPDP ePA API updates, streamlining APIs.
  • Pega Developer: focus on the Clinical Operations Review Engine "CORE" which is the prior authorization review application.
  • API Developer: focus on APIs supporting Clinical Services
Required Skills:
  • +8 years solutioning and support of Pega applications and services
  • Experience in Pega 8.8 or higher.
  • Event Streaming
  • Exposure to Pega integration with APIs
Daily Responsibilities/Job Description:
  • Reviewing and recommending design solutions to meet business and operational value.
  • Partnering with other engineers for code reviews and recommendations.
  • Needs to work in partnership with existing Tech Lead: ability to step-in for and support the existing Tech Lead as needed and based on Product Team demands.
  • Proactive and active daily engagement with Product team during sprint ceremonies and as needed outside of meetings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with team members to achieve innovative, business-results driven technology solutions.
  • Work with Product Owners and Analysts to vet and ensure Stories meet acceptance criteria and align with design solutions.
  • Ensure on-time story delivery within 2-week sprint cycles, included Unit Testing is complete prior to QA.
  • Partner with QA staff as they implement automated test scripts.
