Job Summary:
As the Supply Operations Manager for the AMERICAS region, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing client's platform by sourcing, onboarding, and managing extraordinary tour operators, landmarks, attractions, and businesses. Your mission involves identifying and attracting new, high-quality experience providers to grow our curated offerings, maintain diverse and unforgettable experiences, and ensure the overall supply health within your designated destinations. You will balance the needs of cross-functional teams while being a passionate advocate for client's Experiences within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively sourcing and developing relationships with new experience providers.
• Guiding new partners through the onboarding process to optimize their growth and success.
• Managing the partner lifecycle, including acquisition, optimization, and retention of top-performing accounts.
• Delivering effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to remove operational friction.
• Ensuring data accuracy in tracking systems and reporting on performance trends with actionable insights.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficient in CRM and organizational tools like Salesforce and Airtable.
• Deep knowledge of regional travel, entertainment, and hospitality trends.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Industry Experience:
Experience in the travel, entertainment, or hospitality industry is preferred, with a sharp eye for cultural trends and quality assessment.
