Job Title: Zscaler Engineer
Location: New York City, NY/ Cincinnati, OH/ Oklahoma
Duration: 4 Months

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Implementation and Configuration:
  Deploy Zscaler solutions (ZIA and ZPA) for clients, configuring policies and settings to ensure secure internet access and application connectivity while integrating with existing network infrastructure.
• Maintenance and Upgrades:
  Conduct regular maintenance checks on Zscaler systems, upgrade appliances and software to the latest versions, and monitor the health and performance of Zscaler services.
• Troubleshooting and Support:
  Provide technical support to resolve issues related to Zscaler products, troubleshoot network and security issues, and collaborate with Zscaler support teams for complex problem resolution.
• Security and Compliance:
  Ensure Zscaler deployments comply with relevant security standards and regulations, monitor security logs and alerts, and advise on best practices for security and privacy within the Zscaler ecosystem.
• Training and Documentation:
  Create and maintain documentation for Zscaler system configurations and procedures, train internal teams or clients on effective use of Zscaler products, and develop knowledge articles and educational materials.

Requirements:

• Technical Expertise:
  Proven experience in deploying and configuring Zscaler solutions (ZIA and ZPA) in enterprise environments.
• Networking Knowledge:
  Strong understanding of network infrastructure, security protocols, and cloud security principles.
• Problem-Solving Skills:
  Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues related to network and security.
• Communication Skills:
  Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to train and educate diverse audiences.
• Continuous Learning:
  Commitment to staying current with the latest developments in cloud security and Zscaler products, with a proactive approach to innovation and process improvement.

This position is primarily remote; however, it will require onsite presence during the first week and for occasional team meetings in New York and Oklahoma
