Salary: $67,880 to $147,080 depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
Position Overview:
This role offers the opportunity to specialize within a specific industry while providing audit and assurance services to middle-market clients, gaining both technical experience and professional growth in a supportive, fast-growing firm.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with clients throughout the year to gather information, complete testing, and respond to inquiries.
• Plan and supervise audit engagement activities to ensure accurate, high-quality results.
• Perform and review substantive testing over balance sheets and income statements.
• Conduct and review internal control testing and recommend improvements.
• Participate in discussions with Managers and Partners regarding findings and business recommendations.
• Learn through direct coaching, mentoring, and firm-wide development programs.
• Build strong internal and external relationships through networking and collaboration.
• Support the development of team members through coaching and the firm's Care and Teach philosophy.
• Participate in team activities and events promoting work-life balance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field with sufficient coursework to sit for the CPA exam.
• CPA preferred or actively pursuing completion.
• 2+ years of audit experience in a public accounting firm.
• Manufacturing & distribution audit experience preferred.
• Strong communication, time-management, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership experience with strong project-management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.
