Job Summary & Objectives
The Fund Finance Staff Attorney is responsible for assisting with new and ongoing credit facility matters.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with new and ongoing credit facility matters including amendments and modifications, facility increases and maturity extensions, and joinders of new borrowers
- Coordinate with clients, lender's counsel, and local counsel in various offshore jurisdictions
- Draft and review closing deliverables including resolutions, UCC filings, legal opinions and other certifications
- Assist with coordinating closings of financing transactions
- Assist with preparing summaries of loan agreements to assist with knowledge management and market comparisons
- Maintain long-standing relationships with clients and opposing counsel
- Handle tasks with some degree of independence as training and experience is developed, with the scope of such tasks potentially expanding
Education Required
- J.D. from ABA accredited law school
- Admission to bar of local office jurisdiction

Salary Information NY Only: The estimated base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $160,000 at the time of posting.
The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. This role is exempt meaning it is not overtime pay eligible.
