This role involves working with a variety of technologies, including Windows Server environments, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms, offering you the chance to support diverse clients and tackle unique technical challenges every day.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support or field engineering
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
• Experience with desktop support, hardware troubleshooting, and peripheral setup
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
• Ability to manage multiple client environments efficiently
