Now Hiring: Customer Service Representative!

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay Rate: $17-$19/hour, based on experience

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and schedule service technicians with customers
• Answer incoming calls and complete followup calls using a multiline phone system
• Perform data entry and general administrative tasks
• Work within Windows operating systems and MS Office (Word, Excel)

What We're Looking For

• High School diploma or GED
• Previous customer service experience
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• A teamoriented mindset with the confidence to work independently
