divh2Food Beverage Manager (FBM)/h2pAs our Food Beverage Manager, youll oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently and consistently. Youll work alongside the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations, with a primary focus on delivering a fresh, efficient, and customer-focused experienceevery single day./ph3What Youll Do:/h3ulliTake ownership of our food and beverage programsfresh food, grab-and-go meals, beverages, catering, and more./liliDrive food service sales and hit performance goals with a focus on quality and consistency. Monitor trends and work with peers to create action plans to optimize results./liliBecome the in-store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives./liliOwn and deliver training for Customer Service Associates to build proficiency and motivate them to provide outstanding customer service./liliSupport hiring, scheduling, training, and team development.
