divh2Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Systems Analyst/h2pMantech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Systems Analyst to join our team in Norfolk, VA or San Diego, CA. This is a hybrid position that will require at least 1 day onsite per week. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:/pulliCollaborate with Fleet ASW SMEs to understand the evolving challenges related to successive Aegis AWS Baselines receiving different ASW software and hardware combinations./liliAssist in enhancing ASW training capabilities by addressing fielding challenges and limitations for both Hardware and Software./liliTravel up to 25%/li/ulpMinimum qualifications:/pulliHigh School diploma or equivalent education/lili10+ years of experience as a sonar technician (STG) on a surface ship/liliKnowledge, skills and experience with all aspects of shipboard ASW operations/li/ulpPreferred qualifications:/pulliUnderstand IWS 5 Hardware and Software fielding along with their alternating year fielding schedules/liliFamiliarity with Aegis AWS Baselines and their integration challenges/liliExperience interfacing with military organizations for the development and enhancement of training simulations/li/ulpClearance requirements:/pulliMust be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active or current United States Government Secret security clearance./li/ulpPhysical requirements:/pulliThe person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time./liliOccasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentation/li/ul/div
