We're looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to research, design, and develop electrical systems and components that support both commercial and industrial applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid engineering background, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead or support multiple projects through all phases — from design and testing to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electrical systems, equipment, and components for industrial and facility operations.
• Conduct research and analysis to ensure system efficiency, reliability, and safety.
• Prepare electrical drawings, technical reports, and specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate electrical systems into broader mechanical or structural designs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to power systems, circuits, and control systems.
• Oversee testing, validation, and commissioning of electrical equipment and systems.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program (Electrical Engineering or related field).
• 9+ years of experience with a Bachelor's, 7+ years with a Master's, or 4+ years with a Ph.D.
• Strong technical background in electrical systems design, testing, and implementation.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Prior experience in industrial, shipyard, or large-scale facilities engineering is a plus.
