Payroll Clerk Opportunity

Responsibilities:

• Enter employee hours into payroll systems with precision, categorizing data into appropriate fields such as regular, overtime, and vacation hours.
• Assist in transitioning manual timekeeping data into electronic formats, ensuring accuracy during the migration process.
• Collaborate with managers and various locations to gather and verify payroll information.
• Maintain high-volume data entry standards, meeting or exceeding numeric key performance benchmarks.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to track, organize, and analyze payroll data effectively.
• Resolve discrepancies in payroll data by conducting thorough reviews and communicating with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to payroll.
• Support payroll audits by providing organized and accurate records.
• Continuously monitor data for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide timely reports and updates to management regarding payroll processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll or high-volume data entry roles.
• Proficiency in numeric data entry with a speed of 8,001 - 10,000 KPH.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for tracking and organizing payroll data.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members across various locations.
• Solid understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
• Experience in managing and categorizing payroll data such as regular, overtime, and vacation hours.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
