Description:

As part of our Ground Handling Department, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch service to our customers and airline partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform below-the-wing services for aircraft.
  • Load and unload baggage and cargo efficiently.
  • Operate motorized service vehicles and equipment safely.
  • Guide and park aircraft as needed.
  • Conduct cabin maintenance tasks.
  • Assist in de-icing aircraft during winter operations.
  • Collaborate with your team to meet corporate objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Must successfully complete the Ramp Agent training course.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-energy environment while meeting company goals and customer expectations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Organizational and prioritization skills are essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the airline industry.
  • Background in customer service roles.
  • Basic familiarity with computer applications and programs.

Work Environment:

  • Utilize computers, telephones, and various office equipment.
  • Work on the airport ramp, exposed to varying weather conditions and noise levels.
  • Availability for all shifts, including weekends, nights, holidays, and irregular hours is required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent tasks will include stooping, bending, kneeling, walking, standing, reaching, lifting, and climbing stairs.
  • Capability to handle objects weighing up to 70 pounds.
  • Assist passengers with disabilities, which may involve pushing wheelchairs.

Employment is contingent upon having a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and passing a 10-year Criminal History Records Check and drug screening. Proof of high school diploma or GED is required. Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
