Coordinates and executes all transportation needs for residents to include medical appointments, facility outings etc. Assists all departments with transportation needs of residents and/or potential prospects. Responsible for vehicle maintenance and general up keep. Responsible for helping transportation coordinator get vehicles in for maintenance and service calls. What you will do. Demonstrates positive customer service behaviors consistently. Strives to meet/exceed the needs of the facility's customers/residents by demonstrating flexibility and sense of urgency to create a service excellence experience. Responsible for assuring safe practices in accordance with RHS policies and procedures. Responsible for notifying Transportation Coordinator or Director of Resident Services when required vehicle maintenance is needed.
