Document Scanner

Operate large duplicating and/or scanning machines to make copies of drawings, photographs, or drawings. Responsibilities include manipulating complex electronic engineering documents that are critical to the ship construction process, operating a networked color print system and a high volume digital printer with various finishing options, scanning small and large format drawings, and completing indexing and file conversions.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• Proficient computer skills; Microsoft Windows 10 Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Word Scanning and Printing Software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Quality control skills.

Pay Rate: $20-$24/hr. Benefits. Long-term contract. 1st shift, Monday-Friday. 1 step interview process.

This is a Contract position based out of Newport News, VA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
