We are currently seeking a motivated and personable Bi-Lingual Spanish Speaking Team Member to join our dynamic team and help us better serve our Spanish-speaking clients.
Position Overview: As a Bi-Lingual Spanish Speaking Team Member, you will play a key role in bridging communication between our company and Spanish-speaking customers. Your fluency in both Spanish and English will enable you to provide outstanding support, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to our company's growth and reputation. This position requires obtaining both the property & casualty and life/health/annuity insurance license within 60 days of hire.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Translate documents and communications as needed to ensure clarity and accuracy.
Assist in resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with team members to improve service offerings for Spanish-speaking communities.
Support marketing and outreach efforts targeting Spanish-speaking demographics.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Successfully obtain required insurance licensing within 60 days of hire and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and verbal) is required.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, insurance, or a related field is preferred.
Ability and commitment to obtain insurance license within 60 days of hire.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency with MS Office and customer management software is a plus.
