Position Overview:
As a Bi-Lingual Spanish Speaking Team Member, you will play a key role in bridging communication between our company and Spanish-speaking customers. This position requires obtaining both the property & casualty and life/health/annuity insurance license within 60 days of hire.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Translate documents and communications as needed to ensure clarity and accuracy.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service offerings for Spanish-speaking communities.
- Support marketing and outreach efforts targeting Spanish-speaking demographics.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Successfully obtain required insurance licensing within 60 days of hire and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and verbal) is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, insurance, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability and commitment to obtain insurance license within 60 days of hire.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and customer management software is a plus.
